Delete Your Account

Effective July 9, 2026

You can permanently delete your Four Deuces account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Fastest — in the app

Delete from your device

Open the app, go to Account › Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and associated data are removed. No reinstall or email needed.

By email

Request deletion

From the email address on your account, write to fourdeuces@liberty-edge.com with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify the request and process it.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data tied to it, including:

Your account record and email address
Your stored password hash
Your saved venue statuses, passport activity, and ratings
Any other personal data associated with your account

What we may retain

We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it (for example, basic security or transaction records), retained only for as long as required and then deleted. We may also keep aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be used to identify you.

How long it takes

Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request, and usually much sooner.

Advertising ID: The Four Deuces shows ads through Google AdMob. To reset or limit the advertising identifier on your device, use your device settings (iOS: Privacy & Security › Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Google › Ads).
